-
Monadnock IPA – 6.7% ABV
American IPA – Our flagship IPA brewed in honor of the mountain that stands alone. Dry hopped at over 3.3lbs per barrel, this IPA delivers bold flavors of orange, grapefruit and passionfruit with an enjoyable bitter finish. This beer will hold some haze from the heavy dry hopping and have a slightly darker copper color than our NEIPA’s due to the grain bill. One of the most enjoyable aspects to us is the refreshing depth of citrus flavors and aromas while holding a bitter finish that many IPA’s lack these days. We use Azacca in the whirlpool and dry hop with Citra, Mosaic, and Hallertau Blanc.
-
Paradise Valley – 5% ABV
Kölsch – A refreshing take on a Kolsch style ale, we added a touch of honey malt for a small amount of sweetness and dry hopped lightly with Citra and Hallertau Blanc hops to provide a refreshing citrusy snap on the pallet and in the nose.
