West Hill Warmer
Winter Warmer | 9.3%
This brew is sure to leave you warm and toasty. The complex malt bill is accompanied by a dash of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and Parker’s maple syrup. It’ll take multiple sips to discover all the flavor packed into your glass.
IPA | ABV: 6.4%
For this experimental IPA we skipped hops in the boil altogether and added the first dose of Simcoe at flamout. From there we added Azacca in the whirlpool and Loral, Green Bullet and Motueka for dry hopping. A specialty yeast strain gives this experiment an additional peachy kick to it.
DIPA | ABV: 8.6%
A double of our flagship, Monadnock IPA, with an abundance of Azacca, Mosaic, Citra and Hallertau Blanc hops.
Gose Well with Hiking
Gose (sour) | ABV: 4.1%
Refreshing German style sour beer. Traditionally brewed with salt and coriander, we decided to tart it up with fresh picked blueberries and currants right from our farm.
IPA | ABV: 6.5%
This IPA got it’s start as the 4th experimental IPA in the Rootlet Series. It was followed up by an encore brew, but we all could not get enough! A juicy IPA with bold flavors of orange, pineapple, grapefruit and passion fruit. Brewed regularly in honor of the mountain that stands alone.
Stout; ABV: 6.6%
A rich, smooth American coffee stout made with Parker and Sons Midnight Oil (dark roast) that they roast themselves in Peterborough, NH.
