Currently Sampling in Tap Room
India Pale Ale | ABV: 5.7%
For RootletX we experimented with lupulin powder for the first time. Here is what we are tasting in this beer in order of presences…. Fruity, floral, herbal with a twang of citrus. Looking forward to hearing what you taste!
American Pale Ale | ABV: 5.6%
An American Pale Ale with a refreshing Lemon flavor for spring, and just enough blackcurrant to add a pink hue in honor of the Pink Boots Society, a non-profit for women in the beer industry. The name comes from medieval times when women were brewers. They would wear tall pointy hats to be identified at markets.
American Pale Ale | ABV: 5.2%
A bit more malty sweetness than an IPA and more restrained bitterness. We crafted this beer to be an easy drinking flavorful beer Ingredients that shine in this brew include wheat (smoothness and light haze), caramel malts (touch of honey sweetness), Cascade and Flaconer’s Flight 7 C’s hops (spicy grapefruit aroma).
Sour Paradise Valley
Kölsch | ABV: 4.8%
A sour version of our refreshing take on a traditional German ale. Hints of honey and citrus compliment the Kolsch flavors. There is a lot going on in this beer, but we still put this in the “starter category” for sours.
Altbier | ABV: 5.6%
This alt is amber in color with a rich malty flavor while being lighter bodied and easy drinking. There is not much hop presence to it and the carbonation is moderately high. It is a delicious, easy drinking beer.
Stout; ABV: 4.9%
A rich, smooth American coffee stout made with Parker and Sons Midnight Oil (dark roast) that they roast themselves in Peterborough, NH.
