Gaelic Ale | 5.0%
An extremely drinkable dark ale with Irish and Scottish influence. This beer beer features roasted characters, as well as bread and biscuity notes. It may confuse you at first, but you’ll soon be drinking so many you won’t know why you ever questioned it in the first place.
Brown Ale | ABV 6.2%
We loved our 3 Point Brown so much we have graduated it to a regular brew. This chocolate raspberry brown ale has been pushed to the max for relentless chocolate flavors, brewed with chocolate malt and then added cocoa for this double chocolate brown. We added raspberries from our farm towards the end of fermentation […]
American Pale Ale | 5.2%
A bit more malty sweetness than an IPA and more restrained bitterness. We crafted this beer to be an easy drinking flavorful beer Ingredients that shine in this brew include wheat (smoothness and light haze), caramel malts (touch of honey sweetness), Cascade and Flaconer’s Flight 7 C’s hops (spicy grapefruit aroma).
IPA | 6.5%
This IPA got it’s start as the 4th experimental IPA in the Rootlet Series. It was followed up by an encore brew, but we all could not get enough! An IPA with bold flavors of orange, pineapple, grapefruit and passion fruit. Brewed regularly in honor of the mountain that stands alone.
Imperial English Porter | 9.2%
Like the famous 8 mile long Monadnock Mountain trail, this dark, rich, and satisfying beer is meant to be enjoyed slowly. Close your eyes, take a sip and taste the hints of chocolate and lingering flavors of vanilla. This smooth Imperial Porter can be enjoyed during any season.
