Join us on January 22nd and February 5th for a three course, fully contactless dinner and beer pairing in our Planet Granite Domes!
Chef Jordan Scott of Machina Kitchen and ArtBar will be serving 15 dinner parties an exquisite, organic, farm-to-table three course meal to pair with both the season and our Granite Roots Brews.

Course 1: French Chestnut Soup + 10oz pour
Course 2: Coq au Vin (chicken braise in Burgundy wine) w/ Whipped Potatoes and Roasted Root Vegetables + 10oz pour

Lentil Parmentier (vegetarian): Stewed Lentils with Mushrooms and Mirepoix layered with Mashed potatoes and Fresh Herbs + 10oz pour
Course 3: Apple Tarte Tatin + 10oz pour

1 hour 30 minute private dome reservation

Jordan Scott is a classically trained chef with a passion for globally inspired seasonal food made with local ingredients. He finds great joy in creating simple, elegant dishes built on a foundation of technique and with care given to each ingredient. His dishes delight the most sophisticated palate, balancing rustic charm with an innovative and artistic twist. Jordan has a great deal of respect for the traditional French style of cooking and uses that as a foundation from which to explore modern and progressive methods and flavors. Jordan cares deeply for our local community and has been a passionate advocate for local foods and has worked tirelessly to build long-term relationships between our restaurant community and our local farms.

Q: What are your Covid-19 Policies
A: All team members wears masks and observer social distancing recommendations. Additionally when serving, we wear gloves. We require that all customers allow follow social distancing recommendations and wear masks at all times when not in a private dome.
Q: How are domes cleaned between bookings?
A: Domes are sanitized with an atomizer gun, aired out, and then Lysoled. From there we turn back on the heat in preperation of your arrival.
Q: How does contactless dining work?
A: Once situated in your sanitized dome all communication will happen through the dome. All food/drink will be left on a table outside your dome.
Q: Do you serve any alcohol other than beer?
A: Our license only allows us to serve beer on premises. For your meal we can substitute beer for sparkling juice.
Q: Can I bring my own alcoholic beverages if I don’t drink beer?
A: No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed on premise.
Q: What if we want to stay for another round after the meal?
A: We will have our heated greenhouse opened for you which has a bar, tables, foosball, and music. We will need to you leave the dome so we can sanitize and prep for the next dinner party.
Q: Is there a cancelation fee?
A: There is a $30 dollar cancelation fee per ticket to cover the cost of the food.
Q: Are children allowed?
A: Yes we welcome children of all ages and will have kids meals available for purchase.
Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: You are more than welcome to bring well behaved dog(s). We suggest you bring a dog bed for them.
Q: Is this food gluten free? Do you accommodate dietary concerns?
A: While we do our best to keep our menus naturally gluten free and without using common allergens, please be sure to notify us of any concerns so we can modify for you.
