Thinking of having some craft brews as part of your Thanksgiving celebration?
.
For those of us that enjoy craft beers, working them into a Thanksgiving celebration ranges from exciting to daunting.
- Which beer should I/we drink as we snack before dinner?
- Which beers in what order are best during dinner or should I only provide one option?
Here are a few suggestions from the Mooselick team.

Bean dips
- Hard and/or rich cheese – Brie, Gouda
- Main Course:
- Red meat – Steak and lamb
- Root vegetables – potatoes, turnips, beets, carrots
- Dessert:
- Fruit Pies – apple, pear, rhubarb
