An Imperial Amber ale, brewed with some rye and caramel malt- giving it a smooth body with hints of spice and sweetness. Then dry hopped with Mosaic and Amarillo hops. This is a perfect beer for a fall afternoon!
This IPA got it’s start as the 4th experimental IPA in the Rootlet Series. It was followed up by an encore brew, but we all could not get enough! An IPA with bold flavors of orange, pineapple, grapefruit and passion fruit. Brewed regularly in honor of the mountain that stands alone.
