Monadnock IPA 16oz cans are back!
We crafted a refreshing Belgian Witbier with subtle notes from the blueberries we added during fermentation. Unique growing Conditions west of Mt. Monadnock allows us to grow some of the happiest blueberries in New England.
A bit more malty sweetness than an IPA and more restrained bitterness. We crafted this beer to be an easy drinking flavorful beer Ingredients that shine in this brew include wheat (smoothness and light haze), caramel malts (touch of honey sweetness), Cascade and Flaconer’s Flight 7 C’s hops (spicy grapefruit aroma).
Our beloved Strawberry Hefeweizen is back for only the 5th time in three years. Made with strawberries grown on our farm up the hill, these berries traveled from vine to fermenter within hours. Enjoy!
This IPA got it’s start as the 4th experimental IPA in the Rootlet Series. It was followed up by an encore brew, but we all could not get enough! An IPA with bold flavors of orange, pineapple, grapefruit and passion fruit. Brewed regularly in honor of the mountain that stands alone.
A rich, smooth American coffee stout made with Parker and Sons Midnight Oil (dark roast) that they roast themselves in Peterborough, NH.
There is a bit of darker malt to give a nutty touch to this easy drinking beer, but is there a slight different flavor in there? Try just a tad of fruit to add the slightest fruit satiation…can you tell what it is?
